Order was wrong but service was great

So this is the third time I’ve ordered from here and the order was messed up 2 of the 3 times. Both times they didn’t send 1/2 the resin or hardener. But the customer service team did a fabulous job of correcting the mistake in a very timely fashion. So for initial shipping I’d give it a 3 star but for the customer service I’d give it 10 stars if I could.
