5 gal pails are too thin - product is great

Had some doubts on the foam pouring at 65F - put in thin layer and temp reached over 90F. From then on, layer it up. Bought 10 gallons of A & B and had about a gal of each to spare. Poured in 85f and the mix pour time went from 2 minutes to about 45 seconds. Expansion was much better than expected. Will buy again!!! They do need to switch to PLASTIC 5 gallon containers - 2 of the 4 I had ordered had leaked a pint or 2 each during transport.

Pour Foam-doesn't expand

9/27/2023, I purchased 8 gallons of 2lb. density Pour Foam. Lot Number 4092823, Product does not expand as it should. I started with a 1ft3 compartment and used 1.5 gallons (192oz) and compartment its not yet foam filled? It should have been full with 32 oz. of product. Ambient temperature was 80 degrees in my shop. And I verified temperature with a digital temperature probe. Next I thought I would conduct a test using a 5 gallon buck. The area of the bucket is 0.67 cu/ft. I then added 21oz. of product and mixed it in the bucket then just let it rise. The rise was 2.5". The bucket is 13" tall. I tried to call True Composites customer service phone number got a answering machine. I pressed #2 for sales and a message stated that all agents are busy leave a message.....Hope they call me back and make it right!
